Project Reality

Where projects feel pressure, iBuild PM adds practical support.

The business is built around the delivery issues industrial clients face on real jobs: labour gaps, compressed programmes, site compliance, and contained package work that still needs control.

Skilled Labour Gaps

Mobilise proven people quickly into active delivery teams

Contract, permanent, and surge workforce support for sites and project offices that need capability without slowing the programme down.

Programme Compression

Support fast-moving scopes without losing discipline

Project controls, supervision, QA/QC, HSE, and document control support matched to shutdowns, brownfield work, and high-pressure milestones.

Compliance Still Applies

Keep quality, safety, and records embedded from day one

Site delivery is supported by systems thinking, inspection discipline, and close-out rigour rather than after-the-fact administration.

Package Work Needs Control

Contain smaller scopes with one accountable delivery model

Small EPC and brownfield packages are planned, procured, supervised, inspected, and handed over with clear accountability.

Delivery Model

Two practical pathways to support delivery.

Clients can add embedded personnel into existing systems, or hand over a contained package where planning, supervision, quality, and close-out need to stay tightly controlled.

Construction team on site
Embedded Personnel

Trusted people inside live project systems

Ideal where client teams need extra capability without disrupting established site procedures and reporting lines.

  • Contract, permanent, or surge workforce support
  • QA/QC, HSE, project coordination, and document control
  • Traffic management and field supervision capability
  • Integrated under client systems and site procedures
Brownfield industrial work package
Managed Packages

Contained industrial scopes with clear accountability

Suited to smaller jobs and brownfield scopes that still require disciplined procurement, execution, inspection, and handover.

  • Small EPC jobs and brownfield packages
  • Shutdown and tie-in scopes with clear accountability
  • Inspection, quality records, and close-out discipline
  • Flexible delivery model matched to scope complexity

Why iBuild PM: field-led teams, flexible engagement models, embedded quality and HSE discipline, and experience across brownfield, shutdown, remote, and live operating environments.

AIM investor area

AIM-focused investor communications grounded in real delivery capability.

The investor narrative is built around personnel supply, project teams, small EPC packages, industrial systems capability, and the next stage of growth through expansion and acquisition-led opportunities.

Company narrative

iBuild PM is being positioned as a flexible industrial delivery business that can support clients through embedded personnel, project teams, and contained EPC-style packages. That creates a model with repeat labour demand, recurring client relationships, and a pathway into higher-value package work where quality, HSE, and document control remain central.

The broader intent is to grow a business with practical site credibility rather than a purely corporate services story. The operating base is industrial, field-led, and suited to brownfield, shutdown, and live-site environments.

Why AIM

The current intent to pursue an AIM listing is to support the next stage of expansion with growth capital, broader investor visibility, and more flexibility around acquisition-led growth. The working narrative includes an intended raise target of approximately GBP5M, subject to final structure and market conditions.

  • Organic expansion across current regions and client sectors
  • Acquisition-led growth in complementary service lines
  • Recruitment of additional project and operational leadership
  • Systems, working capital, and delivery capacity for larger scopes
Asset-light model

Service-led revenue with contained delivery risk

Personnel supply and managed packages create growth pathways without needing heavy fixed plant or large capital commitments.

Operational depth

Field credibility supports the investment case

LNG, mining, EPC, brownfield, and live-site experience gives the AIM story operating substance rather than generic services language.

Market pathway

The investor area now reflects AIM positioning consistently across contact language, scale indicators, and regional growth messaging.
