iBuild PM is a specialist cladding contractor delivering high-quality façade solutions across South East Queensland. We are a preferred installer for James Hardie products, with expertise across Scyon, Hardie, ExoTec, compressed sheet systems, and custom façade installations. 

Our company holds a QBCC Builder – Open Licence (Restricted to BCA Classes 1a, 2, 4, 10), Licence No. 15527849, confirming our ability to manage and deliver cladding projects to the highest standard and in compliance with Queensland Building and Construction Commission requirements. 

We combine hands-on technical skill with high-class scheduling and estimating software and tailored project management systems to keep every job running on time, on budget, and fully transparent for our clients. Our team is experienced in all aspects of cladding installation, including preparation, detailing, weatherproofing, and compliance with NCC and fire safety requirements.
